You can request deletion of your UVO Drive account and associated personal information without signing in to this page. UVO Drive operates under the Prime AI Technologies brand. This sample procedure should be reviewed against the operator's actual retention and deletion practices before public launch.
1. How to request deletion
- In a supported UVO Drive app version, open Account Settings and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation instructions shown.
- If you cannot sign in or prefer to use email, send a message to driveuvo@gmail.com from the email address registered with your UVO Drive account. Use the subject Delete Account and state that you want your UVO Drive account and associated personal information deleted.
If you no longer control the registered email address, explain that in your message so we can discuss an appropriate verification method. You do not need to sign in to the website to send an email deletion request.
2. Verification and confirmation
We may need proportionate identity checks before deleting an account, particularly if the request is sent from a different address or involves disputed access. These checks help prevent someone else from deleting your account. We will never ask you to send your Google password, email password, payment password or a sign-in one-time code.
We review the request, explain any further information needed and confirm the outcome through the available contact channel. Deletion is not a promise that every record or backup is erased immediately.
3. Information affected
An account-deletion request covers your UVO Drive account and associated personal information, including linked viewer profiles, account preferences, watchlists, viewing history and playback progress, subject to applicable retention requirements and the way the relevant feature stores the data. We will explain any information that cannot be removed or that must first be separated from shared records.
Deleting an account ends access associated with that account and can affect profiles, saved preferences and purchased viewing. If you want access to or a copy of information before deletion, mention that when contacting us. Public contributions, such as reviews, may require separate handling according to their content and applicable requirements.
4. Information that may be retained
Some information may remain where reasonably necessary for transaction and accounting records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, security investigations, disputes or the establishment or defence of claims. Retention depends on the type of record and the reason for keeping it. Backup copies may persist until the applicable backup retention cycle completes. Retained information remains subject to appropriate access controls and the purpose for which it is kept.
5. Subscriptions and external accounts
Cancel any separately billed subscription through the app store or payment channel that sold it. Deleting your UVO Drive account or uninstalling the app does not necessarily stop those charges. A deletion request does not itself determine refund eligibility.
Deleting your UVO Drive account does not delete your Google account or accounts held with Microsoft, Dropbox or other providers. Revoking UVO Drive's Google access alone does not submit an account-deletion request to us. Use the deletion process above as well.
6. Connected cloud-owner accounts
Cloud-owner connections used by administrators to serve videos are separate from viewer sign-in. An authorised administrator can disable a connection through the Cloud storage accounts page, and an owner can revoke permission using the provider's account controls. Contact driveuvo@gmail.com if you need the saved connection credentials or related owner information reviewed for removal.
Disabling or revoking a connection can make assigned videos unavailable. Playback URLs already issued by a provider may remain valid until that provider expires them. Removing a UVO Drive connection does not delete the original files held in the owner's storage account.
